“Stackable” should describe a defined loaded condition. For a custom PP corrugated bin, that means knowing how the load travels from the upper bin into the side walls, corners, base and supporting floor or pallet.

Define the Stack Before the Material
Send the conditions that determine whether each level has a stable and repeatable support path.
- Bin size: outside dimensions, inside dimensions, or the product size that needs to be stored.
- Loaded condition: product weight per bin, distribution of that load and intended stack height.
- Support condition: floor, shelf or pallet dimensions, plus the contact points between one bin's base and the next bin's top.
- Quantity: trial order quantity and expected repeat order quantity.
- Destination country: this helps us suggest carton, pallet and export packing options.









Make the Top-to-Base Interface Explicit
A drawing should show where an upper bin rests and what prevents lateral movement. Confirm that labels, handles or openings do not remove material from the intended support path.
Trace the Load Through the Bottom
Inside dimensions and product weight are not enough. Record how the contents contact the bottom and how the bottom is supported below. Sheet thickness, flute direction, folded edges and reinforcement can then be reviewed against the same load path.
Include Movement in the Stack Review
State whether bins are stacked only at rest or moved as a stack, and identify the pallet, cart or manual handling step. A stable floor stack does not automatically represent the transport condition.
Treat Empty Return as a Separate Requirement
If empty bins must nest or collapse, provide the required empty configuration and handling sequence. Do not assume that a loaded-stack geometry also provides an efficient empty return; both states need confirmation.
