Project-specific reusable packaging
Industrial PP Packaging Solutions
We convert corrugated polypropylene sheet into divider systems, layer pads, boxes and handling components for industrial parts. Each structure is reviewed against the part, loading method and return cycle.

Packaging configurations
Solution paths
Choose the format after the requirement is defined
The same material can be converted into different packaging formats. Selection starts with the part and workflow, not a product name alone.
01 / SEPARATE
Divider systems
Custom cells and partitions for organized component separation.
02 / INTERLAYER
Layer pads
Interlayers for palletized products where load and edge support are understood.
03 / CONTAIN
PP corrugated boxes
Project-specific containers configured around usable dimensions and handling.

From sheet to structure
Custom dividers built around the part
Interlocking PP corrugated components can create repeatable cells for organized part separation. The layout should follow real part dimensions and operator movement.
- Cell size and loading direction
- Contact points and part orientation
- Divider thickness and container fit
Material and joint detail
The flute structure is only one design input
PP twinwall sheet provides a lightweight base for conversion. Slot geometry, joint fit and edge condition still need to be matched to the load and expected handling.
- Sheet thickness and flute direction
- Slot fit and joint stability
- Edge treatment and repeated handling

Production and conversion
Material must become a usable pack
Sheet production and downstream processing support the conversion from PP corrugated material to usable packaging components.
- Cutting
- Creasing
- Welding
- Assembly
- Dimensional consistency
Requirement review
What we need before finalizing the packaging structure
Send what is available. Missing inputs should be listed and validated rather than assumed.
- Part dimensions
- Part weight
- Quantity per pack
- Loading and unloading method
- Transport, stacking and storage conditions
- Return cycle, cleaning and destination requirements
Configuration and sample confirmation
Confirm the structure before release
Use the application and handling inputs to agree the configuration and checks.
- 01
Application
Define what moves and where.
- 02
Part / Load
Confirm dimensions, weight and pack quantity.
- 03
Structure
Select the divider, pad, box or sheet route.
- 04
Fit Check
Confirm sample fit and use where required.
- 05
Production Reference
Record the agreed checks before release.
