This page uses the project photos to organize a design review for a custom PP corrugated turnover box. The images document material form, converted parts and assembled examples; they do not by themselves establish load capacity, service life or suitability for another product.
Treat each visible stage as a checkpoint. Add the drawing, load condition and handling route needed to turn an observed feature into a project requirement.
Set the Review Inputs
Before comparing structures in the gallery, record these project-specific inputs.
- Box size: outside size or inside usable size, plus drawing if available.
- Load condition: product weight, bottom support and whether loaded boxes will be stacked.
- Quantity: trial order quantity and expected repeat order quantity.
- Destination country: this helps us suggest carton, pallet and container packing options.
Add product photos or drawings, the loading direction, stacking height, folding requirement and whether dividers or layer pads are part of the assembly.
Checkpoint 1: Material Form
The sheet stacks show the starting format in this image set. For a new project, record the required dimensions, color and flute orientation on the drawing; a photograph cannot confirm thickness, grade or performance.
Checkpoint 2: Converted Panels and Openings
Review cut lines, folds, handle openings and connection points against the drawing. Their position affects usable space and the load path, so the converted panel should be checked before it is treated as an approved box.
Checkpoint 3: Assembly and Internal Fit
The open-top and folding examples show different assembly choices. Confirm inside dimensions, bottom support, corner closure and any divider fit with the actual part or a controlled sample.
Checkpoint 4: Project Validation
An assembled appearance is only the start of validation. The buyer and supplier should agree how fit, handling, loaded stacking and packing will be checked for the intended route before the production quantity is released.
