A custom PP corrugated divider rack should be specified from the part outward. The first dimensions are the clear opening the part can actually use, not the nominal grid pitch shown on an overall layout.

The surrounding box, pallet or rack changes how the grid is supported. Define that interface with the product contact and loading method before selecting details in PP hollow sheet.

Start With the Usable Cell

Send these inputs so the clear opening and the outer support can be checked in the same drawing.

  • Divider or rack size: outside size, usable height and whether it will be used inside a box, on a pallet or as a standalone rack.
  • Clear cell and layout: usable opening after divider thickness and slot engagement, plus rows and columns.
  • Part and loading method: product envelope, weight, contact points, insertion direction and hand clearance.
  • Quantity: sample quantity, first order quantity and expected repeat order quantity.
  • Destination country: this helps us suggest carton, pallet and container packing options.

If available, please also send product photos, CAD drawings, color requirements, label position and whether the project also needs PP corrugated boxes or layer pads.

Distinguish Clear Cell from Grid Pitch

The divider walls and interlocking slots consume space. Show both the center-to-center or nominal pitch and the remaining clear opening so the part fit is not inferred from the overall rack size.

Control Contact and Removal

Mark which surfaces may touch the part and which must remain clear. Loading direction, finger access and part orientation determine whether a cell that fits on paper can be used at the workstation.

Define the Outer Support

State whether the grid sits inside a box, on a pallet or in a standalone frame. Also identify lifting, stacking or transport conditions; the same cell layout can behave differently when its perimeter support changes.

Review Protection and Handling Together

Divider height, slot engagement, edges, handles and identification areas should be reviewed against the part and handling route. Avoid choosing sheet thickness as an isolated shortcut for this assembly-level check.

Release from a Marked Cell Drawing

Send the product envelope, clear cell, layout, contact limits, outer support and quantity. Youqian Global can review those interfaces before packing and destination requirements are applied.
