Different names, similar product

Corrugated plastic sheet is a lightweight plastic board with parallel flutes between two flat surfaces. In different markets, buyers may call it Coroplast, Correx, Corflute, twin wall sheet, or PP hollow sheet.

Most export projects use polypropylene because it balances cost, weight, durability, and processing flexibility.

Key buying specifications

Important specifications include thickness, weight, sheet size, flute direction, color, printing treatment, UV resistance, anti-static performance, and packaging method.

For signage, printability and surface flatness matter. For packaging, compression strength, folding direction, and edge finishing are usually more important.

Typical use cases

Corrugated plastic sheet is used in signs, displays, protective sheets, packaging boards, layer pads, dividers, returnable boxes, agriculture panels, and construction surface protection.

Before bulk order, sample testing is recommended to confirm stiffness, printing result, color, and actual loading conditions.
